Everything we sell is dispatched from our premises on Khawaja Safdar Road, Sialkot, Pakistan.
We ship within Pakistan and to a range of international destinations. The destinations we can currently reach, and the cost to each, are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. The full cost is shown to you before you pay — we add no charges afterwards.
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier as quickly as we can. Larger and bulk orders may take longer to prepare; if your order will take longer than usual, we will email you.
Delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier handling the parcel. All delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We cannot control, and are not liable for, delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather or other events outside our control.
Where the carrier provides tracking, we email you the details once your order is dispatched. If you think you should have received tracking and have not, email us.
On international orders, any customs duty, import tax, VAT or clearance fee charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in the price paid to us. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot predict or refund them. Parcels refused at customs and returned to us are refunded less our outbound shipping cost.
Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier, and we cannot cover the cost of a parcel lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged in transit, or something is missing, contact us immediately at sialkotsports0055@gmail.com so we can put it right.
Returns are covered separately in our Refund Policy. In short: you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, and the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
